Custom-Made Products – No Returns or Exchanges

All MaltipooMania products are custom 3D printed and handmade to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at maltipoomania@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at maltipoomania@gmail.com.
